Chilcano of passion fruit
Prepare the passionate drink of summer with our passion fruit pulp, refresh yourself with this delicious variety of the classic chilcano de pisco.
- 2 ounces of Agrica Foods passion fruit pulp
- 2 ounces of Pisco (quebranta variety)
- 1 ounce of gum syrup
- Ginger ale
- Ice cubes to taste
- Passion fruit for decoration
In a tall glass glass, place the ice cubes, add the pisco quebranta, the Agrica Foods passion fruit pulp, the gum syrup and fill the glass with ginger ale.
Stir slowly and finally add a tablespoon of passion fruit to decorate.
